Many have asked what the most impactful takeaway was from my Google experience. It wasn’t just the impressive growth or the groundbreaking technology. It was the development of something called the “User Guide”.

This User Guide, a concept I’ll be exploring in-depth moving forward, is about leveraging the power of self-awareness to become a better leader.

Just like a user guide helps you understand a product, a personal User Guide allows you to articulate your values, communication style, and leadership principles for the benefit of your team.
